Bon Voyage Leo Jaffrey and Welcome to our new MD Natalie Paine

We are very sad to say goodbye to Leo Jaffrey who has been a wonderful MD over the last few years. We wish him every success in his studies at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire in England, where he will soon be starting a Master of Music in Orchestral Conducting.

Replacing Leo, we are very happy to introduce our new MD Natalie Paine.

Natalie was born in South Australia and educated at Brighton Secondary School on a music scholarship. She holds a Bachelor of Music - Honours (Classical Performance) from the University of Adelaide Elder Conservatorium and a Graduate Certificate of Music Studies from the Queensland Conservatorium Griffith University.

Natalie has worked as a freelance horn player, ensemble director and brass teacher both in Australia and New Zealand. She is currently employed as a full-time Musician with the Royal New Zealand Navy Band specialising in horn.
